Once you decide to book me as your Celebrant I will ask for a non-refundable booking fee which secures your time and date of ceremony. This can be payable when you lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage. You will also need to bring with you your original birth certificates, passports or other papers.
Once I have your signed and completed Notice of Intended Marriage Form your compulsory one month and one day waiting period is activated.
We'll discuss what type of ceremony you would like, I'll get to know you a little and from there start creating a ceremony that is unique and special to you.
Once I've finished my draft I'll send it to you for your approval. We can change it as much as you like until it's perfect for you.
The balance of my fees will then be payable at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
Before your big day we will have a final meeting to fill out the last parts of the paperwork, run over all of the final changes and questions and have a a Form 14. This is a declaration to confirm there is no reason to prevent you from marrying.
A rehearsal at the venue can be arranged or I have a lovely area by my pool which is perfect for a rehersal and you can decide who you would like there.
